The Jahn and French families were such a joy to work with - this session was perfect! We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day . . .

I was a little nervous about these pictures due to limited availability and crazy hurricane season weather hitting Virginia. But God was gracious and gave us a perfect Saturday and it could not have gone any better than it did . . .

This is one of those moment where you start to feel old - Lane is my cousin's son and I remember when he was born, I remember watching him grow up and now . . . 

This was such a fun session - we were literally trying to beat a storm. We had just had a horrible ones the two days before the session, some rain the morning of . . .

Oh my stars! Could Lily be any cuter - those cheeks and that smile (especially when her Daddy is holding her or she's looking at her Momma). The session started with a hunt for a sunflower field that unfortunately no longer existed . . .
